Unmasking is a love letter to ADHD’ers. To the younger versions of us who needed the reminder that we are not broken. That we deserve to have community, support, and a space where all parts of us are welcome. A space to feel seen, where we can talk about systems and strategies that actually work for us. This is an 8 week VIRTUAL psychological education and skills group, where we seek to provide a space where we can learn from and honor each other's experiences of ADHD, talk about systems and strategies to work with our brains (not against them). We also offer this group in person, based of Victoria BC, if you'd prefer. Contact us if you have any questions!

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your interest in participating in our upcoming group - we'd love for you to join us! We ask that all participants, pay a 100$ non-refundable deposit to register for group. We offer a few different payment options: You can pay for the entire amount up front. You can pay in 2 instalments, one the first week of group and the other 4 weeks later. You can pay in 4 instalments, one the first week of group and every two weeks following that. Payment for the group is due in full by the end of the 8 weeks. Receipts will be issued for each payment made.
